SWIFT is looking for a Junior HR specialist to join the HR Belgium department. We seek an HR professional to bring energy, passion for people and new solutions into our global organization. This role will report the Head of HR Belgium and will work directly with both local and international colleagues.
  • Votre fonction

    This job will give you the opportunity to be exposed to many HR administrative areas – and is an excellent learning opportunity if you want to embark in a career in HR. Your responsibility as Junior HR Specialist is to assist in providing and communicating HR specialist services to the organization according to the functional and overall HR strategy.

    •Manage a large range of administrative tasks to support the HR administrative activities: payroll, benefits, car fleet, screening, temps, compensation & benefits etc.
    •Help the compensation & benefits team in transactional processes: benefits statements, international transfers, recruitments abroad, etc.
    •Assist in the process management of specific HR activities within fixed guidelines and HR policies.
    •Participate in improving the service level in own area of responsibility by formulating suggestions to the manager.
    •Contribute to small projects in own area of responsibility by developing and/or implementing parts of a project.

    •Bachelor in HR Management or equivalent •Fluent in both French & English. •Detail oriented and accurate – good in administration •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). •Very good communication & interpersonal skills •Ability to handle multiple priorities and learn quickly. •Proficient in working with numbers. •Pragmatic and able to deal with ambiguity.
